President of Tel-Hai College Prof. Yossi Mekori previously served as Dean of the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University whilst simultaneously serving as Chairman of the Department of Medicine and Head of the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Laboratory at the Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba.

Prof. Mekori also served as chief scientist of Clalit Health Services, the country’s largest health fund, and was president of the Israeli Society of Allergy and Immunology.

Prof. Frazer previously served as Deputy Head of the Division of Gastroenterology, Rabin Medical Center, Petach Tikva, Israel as well as the Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Unit.

He is an Associate Professor at the University of Tel-Aviv, Israel and previously a Graduate of the University of Bristol, England, degrees in Biochemistry and Medicine with honors
